The Workshop can only be unlocked after hitting level 10 and talking to the information broker.
The workshop serves as a location to learn and level up the Science attribute.
The workshop also allows you to upgrade the Didlo, tickler, onahole and the riding crop. The Strap on can also be upgraded in the workshop, currently AIs only.
