The Black Market can be accessed only after inquiring about it from the information broker.
The black market allows you to buy Sensitivity Potions, Dissolving solutions and Aphrodisiac.
Once you reach level 10 asking the information broker about certain things unlocks the trees towards being able to train in Dark Power and Fetishism from the Black Market
