Attraction and Affection are hidden statistics that represent the closeness between characters. It is most relevant between the [[Character:Player Created Character|PC]] and NPCs, but is also tracked between NPCs.

=== Attraction: ===
Attraction is gained by fighting at night. Attraction is only important early in the game. You can only perform daytime activities with most NPCs when you have at least 15 Attraction. After gaining at least one Affection, every 20 Attraction will be converted to 2 Affection.

Attraction between NPCs will affect how likely they are to visit each other during the day and gain Affection.
  * Winning gives 2 Attraction
  * Losing gives 1 Attraction
  * Draws give 4 Attraction
  * Assisting a character in a doubleteam gives 1 Attraction

=== Affection: ===
Affection is gained primarily by visiting NPCs during the day. Affection unlocks additional sex and daytime scenes. Affection also affects how likely NPCs are to intervene on a character's behalf. Affection between NPCs is also required for Threesome scenes.
  * Daytime visits give 1 Affection
  * Draws give 1 Affection if you have at least 1
  * Every 20 Attraction gives 2 Affection if you have at least 1
  * Non-visit daytime scenes containing an NPC (like [[Day:Activities:Exercise]] or [[Day:Activities:Video Games]]) often give 1 Affection
